Prices are based on weight, size and your shipping destination. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or international addresses. Ground service can take two to seven days, depending on your location. Returns/Problems
Check your order carefully upon receipt. We guarantee your discs will be free of manufacturing defects. If your discs contain a printing or burning manufacturing defect , please contact our customer service department at 1-800-617-3877. If you feel you have a legitimate return or rework claim, based on manufacturing defects, the product will need to be returned to us for inspection. If we deem the defect is from our manufacturing process, we will remanufacture or refund your order (at our sole option) at no charge to you. No reprints or refunds will be given after 15 days of receipt of an order.
If you upload your master audio or data file to be duplicated, our guarantee does not cover problems with the disc content. We highly recommend mailing in your master for duplication.Note: CDR / DVDr compatibly with older players - If the discs you ordered do not play or burn on all players, burners, or drives, this is a compatibility issue - not a manufacturing defect. We use top quality, commercial grade CD-R, DVD-R media that we have deemed work well in most, if not all players. But, we cannot guarantee our discs will work on your particular device, especially older players and drives. This is a known fact of any pre-manufactured blank CDr or DVDr.

Using the Quoter
General
Create your quote by clicking on the buttons for the items you want to include in your project. You will also be selecting the turn time of production, (how fast you want us to manufacture it), and the quantity. While you are making your selections, your quote appears on the right side. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package you are creating.
Choosing Options
Discs - First, select the type of disc you want. If you want a blank CD-R, DVD-R, (you want to burn your data onto the discs yourself), select "no content". If you do not want discs, select "None."
Note: If you are making an audio CD or a data CD-ROM, you will be given instructions in the next step on how to upload music or data content. If you are selecting a DVD, you will automatically be required to mail in your master DVD once you have completed the on-line ordering process, because the file is too large to upload at this time.
Next, on the far top right, "Disc Printing," you need to select the type of on-disc face printing you would like: Full-color on a white disc, or Black text only on a silver disc. The black text only option only works well for text. If you are not ordering discs, you can skip this step.
Next, under "Packaging" select the packaging you want. If you do not want packaging, select "None."
Next, select the type of printed insert you want under "Inserts." All prices include full-color insert printing. Note that some insert options are printed one side or two side. If you do not want inserts, select "None."
If you want to select a bar code option, you will need to select the other components that allow you include a bar code. A bar code is generally placed on the standard Jewel case tray card insert. It is also often placed on the back of a printed Jacket, Eco-Wallet, or Digi Package.
If you want your package shrinkwrapped, select this option.
PrePress Review
We don't proof your project, however we will review it quickly for obvious printability issues. You must submit your artwork in our templates and follow our graphics guidelines and specifications (file type, resolution, etc.). We assume you understand resolution and color options chosen, and that your graphic's computer monitor is calibrated.
If an issue or question is found, you will be contacted and given instructions regarding correcting the issue before production begins, and any related graphics fees.
Here's a list of what you need to make sure is correct on your submitted artwork. This will help you avoid costly mistakes when submitting your order.
- Size: Make sure that the document size is correct according to template specifications
- Bleed: Make sure your artwork has the correct amount of bleed on all printed elements
- Resolution: No less than 300dpi. When using a picture or logo with a lower resolution, the quality of the picture is not going to be good. In some cases you will see a definite pixilation (jagged edges)
- Confirm the Bar Code (when chosen) is located on a viewable and appropriate surface
- Review color and contrast of fonts used to ensure legibility.
- Confirm template layers are not flattened in artwork
- Make sure live text and images are within safety margins
You need to double check the following, for we do not:
- Spelling
- Content - audio, will not listen for pops or glitches or spacing
- Data - will cannot confirm functionality of data content
Turn Time
The projects ordered from this quoter offer three choices of manufacturing production times. 5-Day, 2-Day, and 1 Day. Some package combinations are not available for 1-Day manufacturing production turn time. Certain restrictions apply, depending on the receipt of all components, and if we deem them production ready or not. If you are mailing in a master, we can not start manufacturing until it is received and inspected.
Manufacturing production turn times are quoted in business days. Holidays are not considered business days. Turn times include production and packaging time only. To determine the expected delivery date of your project, please add together both production and shipping times.
The day we receive your materials to produce your order is considered "Day Zero", if all material are received by us by 3:00 pm. If received after 3:00 pm, the following business day will be considered "Day Zero"

Our simple quoter offers quantities of 100, 200 or 500 discs. If you need a different amount, please call our customer service department at: 800-617-3877

Graphics
Doing your own design
Please use our templates and follow our graphics specifications guidelines. It is best to convert your RGB clors to CMYK, for we print from a CMYK file. Save your artwork as a PDF.
Bleed, trim, safety and fold lines
- Bleed: Your design should extend past the solid black trim line to the dotted line. This ensures there will be no white space once your insert is trimmed.
- Trim/Cutlines: The solid black lines show the cutting mark. The exact cut line may vary slightly, this is the nature of cutting stacks of paper.
- Safety Lines: The red safety guidelines are to remind you to keep live text and images away from the cutting edges, to ensure something important does not get cut off during the trimming process.
- Fold Lines: Pay attention to where the printed piece folds (if any) and how your artwork will appear on the fold.
We do the design
If you feel uncomfortable with your own graphic design abilities, please feel free to call our customer service department to discuss us doing your graphics for you. We have designed thousands of CDs and DVDs, and we take pride to making you look the best you can!
Proofing
When you upload or submit your artwork, we will email you a PDF proof prior to beginning manufacturing. Please make sure the email address you use in your account profile is the best and fastest way to contact you. We can not be responsible for delays caused by awaiting your email reply.

Audio and Data Master Content
General
DVD masters MUST be mailed in.
CD Audio, CD Rom Masters are highly recommended that you mail in to our facility as well. Check your content carefully, inspect for physical defects, and play your master to confirm it is exactly how you want it. Do not send us your only master! Making a several safety back-ups is standard industry practice.
If you would like to send your master via upload, use our "upload drop box". We highly recommend making an ISO-9660 image file. An ISO-9660 image file is an exact representation of a CD or DVD, including the content and the logical format. The most common use of an image file is to write it to a blank CD-R or DVD-R, resulting in an identical copy of the original disc...

Note: 2GB maximum file upload. DVD discs great than 2GB will need to be mailed in to our facility.
You have two options to upload your CD or DVD master. Create and upload your "whole disc" as an .iso file of your whole disc, or create a folder of your individual tracks or data files, zip it, and submit via upload.
Audio - Individual track upload - Audio files are only accepted as .wav or mp3 files. Clearly name each track with track # and song name.
We will not add nor remove space between tracks. All space between tracks is part of the file supplied for the track. If you want space between each song, include the space when you master your disc. Place the space on the end of the previous track when you create it. We will recreate your song order as you numbered the file names.Ex:
- Track 1, Song name
- Track 2, Song name
Note: If you do not provide the blank space post song length, we will use our default 0 second space. CD text will not work for individual track upload. If you have a disc with CD text and other meta data, create and upload it as an iso file described above.
All .wav files must be uncompressed 16-bit 44.1 KHz stereo files only. All .mp3 files must be encoded in stereo with a non-variable bit rate from 128-320 kb/sec.
